UK Shipping
Order Confirmations
You'll receive an email confirming receipt of your order to the email address you provided. We reserve the right to decline any order. All orders are accepted subject to our Terms and Conditions. We aim to get your purchases out to you as soon as possible and will endeavour to dispatch the next working weekday after receiving your order.
We will keep you up to date via e-mail when your order is dispatched.

Orders placed on the weekend or bank holidays will be processed and sent on the next working day.
If you require Next Day delivery, please give us a call on 07788 883088. Next day delivery will incur an additional £2.50 charge.
Lost Parcels
If a parcel is lost/undelivered please advise us as soon as possible, via email, so we can inform our courier of the missing parcel. info@theperfectpetnanny.co.uk
Returns
If you have changed your mind about the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund, provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition. Return delivery costs for an exchange or refund when you have changed your mind are your responsibility.
When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Until you return items to us, you are responsible for their safekeeping and taking reasonable care of them. We do not accept liability for returned packages damaged during transit back to us. It is your responsibility to wrap products adequately to prevent damage.
Please allow 5-10 working days from dispatch.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
For returning an item, please place the item securely in its original packaging, remembering to include your name and order/invoice number.
All costs will be credited back to you on safe receipt of the goods at TPPN

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Incorrect Items
If we have sent you an incorrect item (oops – sorry about that), please notify us by emailing lisa@theperfectpetnanny.co.uk as soon as possible. Please return the incorrect item to us and specify the correct details in writing. If you would like us to replace the incorrect item with the item you ordered we will send you the correct item as soon as possible. We will not charge you for the incorrect item and will reimburse your reasonable returns costs.
